    Dropped in with two bikes needing fixing. Best customer service. Fixed both of them for very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place!

    I asked these guys to pack up and box my bikes for an interstate move. When I unpacked one bike in Qld I found that they had threaded the crank through the spokes of the front wheel and surprise surprise, I had several broken spokes to deal with. The people were friendly to deal with but this is really a rookie error from a business that should know better.

    TBE Belmont has a really great range of bikes and gear but its the friendly advice and amazing service that keeps me coming back. Thanks Wayne for the awesome service today fitting my new cleats.

    Make sure you inspect your bike when you pick it up because I didn't and when I was cycling realized the wheels were loosen plus the new wheel that I purchased from them came in with defects. I'd go back there to ask for fixing it if I didn't have so many problems with them just to get it replaced. So frustration is the key word of my review.
