  Firstly my once $220 quoted was quickly turning into a $1500 service as all these things needed done desperately where as they could of been left and to top it all off once I got my car back the money sitting underneath my stereo which contained a few 10cent pieces and one 2 dollar coin the $2 had just happen to be missing after taken note of it prior to dropping my car off. Petty I know but that's my car and property and I should be getting everything back as to when I have them my car. Not happy!

  I was firstly discouraged by the previous comments, but I gave it a crack as I was buying a second-hand car and needed it checked. They checked the bonnet and also test-drove the car without asking for money despite my insistence. When I brought the car for service after I bought it they sticked to the price of the quote with no surprises.

  Would not recommend! I have been taking my car to automasters for the whole time I have owned my car and would happily say I'd never go back again. Being a female I am used to having machanics try and 'pull the wool over my eyes' when it comes to pricing and what could and needs to be done for servicing cars. However I was at first spoken to like I knew nothing and once I started questioning a few things stories started changing.

  Great customer service, very friendly, and did as I had asked in regards to leaving my car for pick up and what I wanted checked and changed for service. Really nice to have that confidence back in mechanics after a terrible service elsewhere. Drives like a dream now :)
