  If you book ahead as we did do not believe them when they tell you your ride will arrive at the booked time. We booked a maxi-taxi 5 days in advance to transport our group of 8 to a special event. I confirmed with them twice prior to the day that a taxi would definitely arrive on time and was assured on both occasions that it would. On the day, after waiting 10 minutes past the pick up time (6.15pm) I called them and was told that there were no vehicles available in the area! Never again! UBER saved the day (albeit in two cars). The demise of the taxi industry in Perth is only a matter of time with this appalling level of service........

  Business tip guys: Don't promise anything unless you are sure too 110% that you can deliver on promised goods or services. Best way to avoid these kinds of reviews.

  Ordered a cab to mirrabooka. Supposedly was coming from central. Waited 20 mins only to be asked if we still wanted the cab. Waited another 15 on the curb. Cab never showed.

  If I could give a zero I would..and they protest Uber!! Seriously...driver got lost I was on a main road! App does not work driver was stationery for 15 minutes! Diver stunk to high heaven BO grease you name it..driver had no clue where south Perth is...driver spoke zero English good job black and white! Thought I'd try again after using Uber for so long..I'm going back to Uber! Most appalling service ever!

  booked this ride via phone. the driver arrived on time, few minutes early, and called to let us know the cab is ready. few minutes before that the system sent a text message alerting me the cab is about to arrive. good safe ride.
