  This is the second time my parcel dropped at this post office. Staff are good but the opening time is terrible. I have to take at least 1 hour off to get it. I hope you post will open on Saturday morning. one star is only for opening time.

  The guy that I guess manages it or owns the franchise is so rude and arrogant. New Asian workers every second week often incompetent.

  Two other post offices in Belmont area are open on Saturday but they drop my parcel at this post office which is closed on Saturday. Cant take a day off work so my parcel is stuck. Changed to 3 stars because the staff are great.

  Avoid like the plague and go to another post office. Bunch of rude and incompetent semi retired grandmothers who put things in the too hard basket too quickly. They would not accept a completed form from me for a particular identity document after they had put the line through an area that I didn't need to fill out. They then stated that the so called machine wouldn't read it. I explained that one of their staff put the line through it and they still wouldn't budge and accept it. I also witnessed a poor girl having to pay for more photos for a passport because the ones she bought from there originally were too dark. Funnily enough another post office close by accepted my forms. Wake up to ya selves grannies and do ya job!!!

  Loved the staff here... Daniel the American (?) was lovely. Thank you for making sure my parcel gets to me
